• Any faulty items, or items damaged in shipping, may be returned within 28 days of despatch of the order to the following address: Fixxon Ltd, 4 Merriets Court, Long Ashton Business Park, Bristol, BS41 9LB. Please include your order number with your items.
  • A full refund will be issued for any faulty items, or items damaged in shipping on receipt of the items back to us within the time-frame.
  • In the event of items being faulty, or damaged in shipping, Fixxon Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping via a transfer to the account that payment was taken from when the order was placed, unless buyer requests otherwise.
  • In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item using the carrier of their choice. Please include your order number with your items.
  • Due to many of our products being made to specific customer requirements, we may be unable to accept returns or issue refunds for non-faulty/non-damaged products in some instances.
