At Fixxon Limited, we recognise our obligations to combat slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains. We are committed to maintaining best practice and to seeking continuous improvement.
We are producers and suppliers of a clothes labelling system for care homes and nursing homes. Our production team and offices are based in the UK.
OUR POLICY ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in our organisation. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
At present all of our suppliers are based within the UK, and we ensure that we work with reputable companies that have systems in place to ensure their supply chains comply with our values.
We have HR policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with employment legislation is followed and to prevent unethical working practices. We are committed to ensuring fair remuneration.
We have systems in place to encourage reporting of concerns and the protection of whistleblowers.
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking and expect all of those in our supply chain to comply with our values.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30th April 2019.
