Any faulty items, or items damaged in shipping, may be returned within 28 days of despatch of the order to the following address: Fixxon Ltd, 4 Merriets Court, Long Ashton Business Park, Bristol, BS41 9LB. Please include your order number with your items.
A full refund will be issued for any faulty items, or items damaged in shipping on receipt of the items back to us within the time-frame.
In the event of items being faulty, or damaged in shipping, Fixxon Ltd will cover the cost of return shipping via a transfer to the account that payment was taken from when the order was placed, unless buyer requests otherwise.
In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item using the carrier of their choice. Please include your order number with your items.
Due to many of our products being made to specific customer requirements, we may be unable to accept returns or issue refunds for non-faulty/non-damaged products in some instances.
