• Fixxon Ltd manufactures and despatches labelling solutions in the form of laser etched buttons and attachment tools.
  • Orders are despatched within 3 working days using Royal Mail 1st Class or a next-day courier service.
  • Invoices are emailed to customers on the day of despatch. Our payment terms are 30 days.
  • Quotations are valid for 60 days.
  • Fixxon Ltd reserves the right to refuse customers.
  • Order cancellations or amendments must be received within 1 hour of placing your order due to the quick turnaround of manufacture. Any cancellations or amendments received after this period can only be applied if the products have not already been manufactured. If the product has been manufactured and a cancellation or amendment request is received more than 1 hour after placing your order, it may not be possible to apply. In a scenario where the cancellation or amendment is requested too late, you will be charged for the original order.
  • Invoices are sent on despatch, all orders should be received within 5 working days of this invoice. Proof of delivery can be provided on request. It is your responsibility to notify us if you have not received the goods within this timeframe. If you do not notify us within 5 working days it will be taken that the goods have been received and that you are liable to pay the invoice as per your payment terms.
